Where we are today

I am not a writer. I love to listen and read stories of peoples lives, especially people in my family. Well, that is not entirely true. Especially biographies. Historical ones. More dead people than still living people.

I blog to tell stories and leave a little history for my kids. Random, heartfelt, or maybe not. With pictures. Get where I am not a writer. I use poor grammar and sometimes use .......to show that I am changing thoughts. use all lower case letters when I want to.

Our story (Me the mom, a big boy, medium boy and a little girl) underwent a major shift this past year. Not one that I would have put in my story willingly. In fact, I would change my story from the moment a tall, handsome solider asked me not to get engaged, but I did not listen. Can't really go back though. Only forward. Which is really fine. I loveD being a wife and I love being a mom. One of those roles I still have and that is a great big blessing.

I love theology and I am very thankful, more than ever, that I know mine. I want to write about the God I really want to adore. I will be glad to have a place to write down song lyrics, scripture and other quotes I read during the day that play a part in changing my life.

So this is where we are today and....this is my (our) life lately.

  1. Where is the part about how much you love being a friend and what a good friend you are? It's a pretty big part of you! But not I guess, as big as being a Mom or a daughter of the King. So, I'll let it slide. This time...
    Love you!
